"We", "us", and "our" refer to The Cap Crafter. "You" refers to the person browsing or ordering from the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the changes.

To place an order with us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• Provide accurate and complete information at checkout
• Use a valid payment method that you're authorised to use
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence

We do our best to display every product accurately, but minor variations in colour, fabric texture, or stitching are part of the nature of crafted goods. Photos are representative, not pixel-perfect promises.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or stock availability at any time without notice.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (e.g. due to a system error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed only when we send the order confirmation email — not when payment is taken.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for the following reasons:

• The product is no longer in stock
• There's an error in the listing or pricing
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• The order can't be shipped to your location
• The buyer's account has been previously flagged

If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full within 3 business days.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

If a payment is declined or reversed (e.g. via chargeback) without a valid reason, we may suspend or cancel your order and any associated account.

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the carrier delivers the order. If your delivery is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or any user accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish any part of the site without our written permission
• Use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or business
• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information
• Resell our products commercially without an authorised wholesale agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the site if we detect any of the above.

If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these terms or used fraudulently.

All content on this site — including the brand name, logo, designs, product names, photography, copy, and code — is owned by or licensed to The Cap Crafter and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Beyond that, you must not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site without written permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or designs in your own marketing or products
• Copy our product photography or descriptions for commercial use

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or any other content to our site or social channels (e.g. tagging us in a post), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes — including reposting on our site, social media, or in advertising.

You're responsible for ensuring you own the rights to any content you submit, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or break any laws.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you're a consumer based in another country, this doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.
